Welcome to The Orchard Event Venue & Retreat! We’re located in Azle, TX (just west of the DFW Metroplex) Our modern rustic venue sits on over 100 acres of Pecan & Oak trees. Take a drive on down through our hay field, over a small bridge & be welcomed by Services

The Orchard now offers beautiful cabins that are a great alternative to staying in a hotel. We have 15 cabins located on our 100 acre property, completely separate from the Venue.
Our cabins are free standing, custom built, and sleep between 2 and 4 people. The cabins come fully furnished including linens, towels, toiletries, blow dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee maker and flat screen TV with satellite. Each cabin also has an attached porch with rocking chairs.
Our cabins encircle 2 fire pits and game area, including horseshoes and corn hole. We also have 2 vending machines for all to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy: $45.00 cancellation fee per cabin. No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of stay.

You will receive your Cabin Entry Codes by email within 1 day of your stay.

This amazing 5500 sqft home is fully furnished with all the amenities of being at home and so many more. You can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy the outdoors in our large in-ground pool/hot tub, outdoor bar, propane grill and children’s playground. Get competitive in the Game-room, equipped with pool table, ping-pong, shuffle board & arcade games! This house is the perfect setting whether for your wedding, a corporate or association retreat, small family gathering or relaxation.

However, The Orchard has multiple payment options to avoid those extra fees! Paying via ACH (automatic withdrawal from your bank account), cash, or check will not incur any extra charges.
A Credit Card Authorization Form (CCAF) for up to $1,000 is due 30 days prior to your event, in place of a cleaning and damage deposit. Your card is not charged unless there is evidence of damage or extreme cleaning needed.
